Had a great expierience at Gerber and I am very happy with the work. The office was very helpful and kept in contact with me during the process. The experiance at Gerber Collision was very pleasant and the work was done right back to the OEM standards and was completed ahead of schedule. This is was a very positive experience with the service I have received at South Tacoma location. Dennis King was the estimator I worked with with this claim. He helped contact the Hertz company, reviewed the collison work throughly, and provided me with a phone call 3 times in regrds to the progress of my car. Out of the (4) times I have had to have my car serviced for collison purposed this was the best and less stressful experience. I appreciate Dennis's attention and prompt service. DES AND DENNIS HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT IN THEIR SERVICE AND PERSONABLENESS. DES HAS KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON MY VEHICLE'S REPAIRS AND PARTS ORDER PROCESS. I WOULD DEFINITELY BE BACK AND HAVE BEEN TWICE BEFORE. I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
