I LOVE my van and was worried about it not looking as nice as before after my accident. It was the first time I had an accident in all my 61 years! I was treated with respect when I walked in the door. The office was clean, the staff was responsive and gave me a detailed estimate. They explained the process to me (their responsibility to the insurance company and me, the customer) their warranty and the amount of time it would take to repair my vehicle. They assured me they would make it look as good as new. The body work is excellent and they went the "extra" mile to be sure I was satisfied. I will use them again (God Willing -I hope not because of an accident) and I will definitely recommend them. Thank you Gerber of Gilliam Lane in Tallahassee, Florida.

The people here were fantastic! Rob was the man, he took care of me and made sure everything went as planned. They missed a spot on my truck but were quick to take it back and fix the small dent and set me up in a rental! I will always recommend Gerber if I have a friend with auto body damage.

My car was hit in the same spot two years apart and the first time another repair shop fixed it. Gerber did such an excellent job and blew that other repair shop out of the water. My steering wheel, levers, brakes all feel like new and the entire car looks like it did when I first bought it. If I ever have any trouble with my car they will be the first place I call.

After looking at many different places in Tallahassee, I can say that Gerber Auto is by far the best! They are prompt, very friendly and extremely professional. They restored the car to near factory condition. You can barely tell it was even in a wreck! I will certainly recommend them in the future.
