As a senior citizen who has never had to go to have collision damage repaired, I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from Rob, Virginia and others at my Gerber's. The car looks good as new - and the inside was even vacuumed and cleaned. What a happy ending to stressful time for me.

This has been the best car repair experience in a long time. We have a young driver and she has had a few car repair issues the past few years. The repair was done ahead of schedule, there were no additional cost, and they even washed and vacuumed my car.We highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. While there were a couple flaws with the initial work performed, General Manager (Rob) and Crew Supervisor (Stephanie) jumped right into getting it resolve promptly and effectively. They showed true care and empathy all along, always making me feel like they were on my side...and they were. Not only did they arrange a rental vehicle for me free of charge during the entire time that the re-work was being done, but they also went above and beyond to make sure that I left completely happy with the results. I will definitely recommend them!!!

Two weeks ago I backed into my granddaughter's Grand Cherokee and did a lot of damage to the drivers side door. Having dealt with Gerber before, I returned to get an estimate after reporting it to Travelers. Travelers accepted your estimate and Rhett Sousa went to work over seeing the project. I e-mail you just to say what a great team you have at Gerber's Collision in Tallahassee. They are all polite, professional and highly skilled in their profession. Rhett called me almost everyday just to give me an update and keep me posted on their progress. He is indeed an asset to your company and a pleasure to work with. Though I hope I do not have to visit them again, if I have a problem I will be right back at Gerbers. Thank you very much,
