Top notch service from the moment I walked in the door. Kristen A. was professional and efficient every step of the way from getting the service scheduled to coordinating with the rental car company for me. General Manager Rob M. kept things running on time and true to the completion schedule promised. My car's body work was flawlessly done and she was immaculate when I picked her up. I had to have body work performed on my truck recently. What I expected to be a bad experience turned out to be just the opposit. Everyone was very polite and professional especially Kristen. She told me exactly what to expect and guided me through the entire experience. She had the answer to all my questions and made me feel confident about the work being done. I have my truck back now (just when they said I would get it back) and the work was flawless. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do it will be Gerber.

I would like to say this has been the best experience after getting over the initial shock of the accident. Kristen Asbell contacted me on a regular basis letting me know at what stage they were at with repairing my car. Although I never met the repairman personally there is not doubt in my mind that he took his time and fixed everything in a professional manner due to the correspondence I had with Kristen. I even called her when I found out the time frame was a little longer than I needed due to going on vacation she said she would let the Tech know and see what they could do and they finished with it much faster than anticipated. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! KRISTEN IS AN AWESOME ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!

We've used Gerber for years (even back when they were Walker!). They do a wonderful job--can't tell there was anything wrong with the car after they finish. This month's work involved redoing the whole bumper area of the car--it was done quickly and efficiently, and the staff was curteous and kept us up to date on the progress. The car is 2003 Mercury, so they had to go to some effort to find a bumper for it!
