The reception was very pleasant on the phone and greeted us when we came in the building. The estimator was very nice and went over things with us. When they called and said the car was ready and I asked about if the front end alignment was done they said no, but we will do that. When we went to go pick up the car we had the ask them to fix the front bumper due to it wasn't attached very secured. He immediately took it beck to the shop and came back and it appeared fixed after 30 minutes.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my experience at Gerber Collision. Shortly after (I do mean shortly!) the body work on my daughter's Honda, I had a little situation with my Mercedes and Rylee was amazing! They made both our cars look like new! I hope I don't require such services again but if I do, I know exactly where to come!

Because I haven't had body work done to my car in many years, I have to admit I experienced some "sticker shock" at how much the repair would cost. But the adjuster at Gerber took the time to explain why the work had to be done a certain way and that (in a very nice way) we were not back in the '70's anymore. Other than that, I was extremely pleased with the work Gerber did on my car. It looks like it did I bought it and took it off the Dealership lot brand new. Great job to all the employees there at Gerber!! Thanks

Excellent service. Megan A gave excellent estimate of what would need to be done for repair. When I said I needed something less expensive, she consulted with the collision dept. and was able to get the price down. They were able to repair it the same day. Also, the receptionist Dina is always friendly and helpful.
