It has only been a day since I picked up my vehicle and I am very happy with repairs and service. I was treated very professionally and kindly. I'm also impressed with the informative email and text messages about repair status stating exactly what was done and what is recommended to be done with the car. I've had no issues so far, and plan to continue going to them for all my needs. Cody and Lindsey were extremely courteous, highly knowledgeable, and provided me outstanding customer service. I didn't have to make any calls they handled all aspects of my claim from coordination with my insurance company to arranging for rental pick up and drop off. I highly, highly recommend this auto body shop! They did excellent work!

WHAT A GREAT JOB DONE BY GERBER on RO#212539, here in Tampa, FL.First of all Cody was the consummate professional. He was very articulate as to the nature of the repairs to the wife's new CRV, kept me informed of the repair progress and demonstrated a great knowledge of auto repairs procedures. He also had a good sense of humor which went a long way in dealing with the strife of a hit and run on my wife's new car. And beside that, they finished the repairs up 2 days earlier than the projected completion date. Also the receptionist (I am ashamed I forgot her name) was a true customer focused employee. Yesterday, I left home in a hurry and in the process I forgot to put honey in my oatmeal. The receptionist actually looked and found 3 packets of honey. I give credit where credit is due. We sent our full sized Lightening McQueen set piece over to John W. and his team to get a full refresh of the body work and plexi windshields and couldn't be happier with the results. The team was amazing with their communication from the first site walk of the vehicle at our shop, through the transportation, body work and shipment back to Disney property. We couldn't be more thrilled with their attention to detail and the final product. We will definitely be coming back to them whenever work like this comes up.

I have used Gerber collision 3 times and I have to say I am very pleased with the customer service and work with the Temple Terrace office. Deena B. the receptionist is very personable and pleasant. She arranged for the rental car from Enterprise and when they did not come timely she made a phone call. Kevin A. ensured I was kept up to date with the repairs. Through all of this we had a tropical storm, Kevin and Deena ensured I was kept up to date with the repairs. Due to the storm, I fully expected several days delay in completion, however it was only a few days! The work that was done was beautiful. The service was so good, when Kevin called me and asked if I wanted them to fix the 2 deep gashes in the left panel I said yes!
