I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience with Gerber Collision. I enjoyed the daily updates, kept me aware of what stage my car was in versus where it needs to go. Everyone that I came in contact with were all very pleasant. Jennifer M., who was my key contact through this full process was absolutely wonderful. She even managed to have my car delivered as promised, even though an hour earlier I was expecting an extra day. Due to the fact that I apparently have a car that is a collision magnet, I have now been to Gerber on South Westshore 4 times in the last 2 years. I keep going back to them because they are awesome. Their communication is second to none, the work quality is excellent, and they are by far the fastest auto body shop I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I hope I do not have to go back ever again, but if I do, it will definitely be there. As a general manager of a business with five locations in the Tampa Bay area, I speak from experience when I say you all have a wonderful team down there. They seem to work very well together and do a solid job with customer service and satisfaction.

To whom it may concern. The folks at this location were really first class in all respects. We didn't have any repair work done, but while the insurance company made up their minds about the idea of repairing or totaling our vehicle your people were so very helpful in keeping us updated and in the loop.
