The entire crew at this location was welcoming and professional and did their work in a great way. In particular Jonathan kept me in the loop every step of the way, he personally took the time to contact me when a decision needed to be made or if the timeline changed, he is pleasant and knowledgable and I think he went the extra mnile for me, you have a great team in Tampa, and my interface with Jonathon really helped make this experience a good one. After a minor auto accident, and at the recommendation of my insurance company, I went to Gerber Collision. Jennifer assisted me in assessing the damage and giving me a quote for the repairs. Because the damage was cosmetic and not structural, I made the decision to forgo repairs. Jennifer did not pressure me to have the repairs done anyway. She did note that some of the clips holding the radiator bar had been knocked off in the collision, and had one of the repair techs replace them at NO charge! Thanks, Jennifer! You and Gerber Collision get my 5 Star rating. If the occasion ever arises, I would definitely use and recommend Gerber

Well this is the third time I've been to this shop for repairs two times it was Master Collision where I had outstanding service from my favorite person Nancy she's absolutely delightful to be around, talk to, and interact with! Now it's Gerber although it took a month to get my car back she still managed to keep a smile on my face she updated me daily helped with my rental and made sure the boys repaired my car in outstanding condition THANKS!! She's a pleasure to be around and a hard worker and definitely a dedicated employee never speaking down on Gerber even though I was unsure of Gerber she assured me that she had my back on the repairs and took full responsibility of any wrong (none found) speaking very highly of the company she works for she even stayed till after 6 so I could get my daughters car seat out of my car Excellent ... read more

Very expedient, communication was clear and concise, and was amaze how quick it was fixed and delivered. I was more than satisfied the work they did. I will recommend to any friend about this location. One more thing that i liked that i've never seen before. When i turned my car to them, an employee from Enterprise Rental Car was waiting for me outside, outstanding!!! i was taken care of. And thanks to April for her hospitality and the advice she gave me on the do's and don't for my car since it was re-painted. Keep up the good work.
