I was referred by a friend when my car was hit in the front end. I had a new bumper, fender. I also had the hood painted because of rock chips. They did an amazing job and Scott the manager was very competitive on his pricing. They also fixed the clasp under my hood to hold my hood stand without even asking. They just noticed the problem and fixed it. I will recommend Gerber to everyone I know that asks for a body shop. Thanks Scott.

I really appreciate the great service I was provided for warranty work that Gerber Collision gave to me when they stood by their lifetime guarantee on their repairs on my vehicle. I expected them hassle me and deny my claim, but I was pleasantly surprised that that they took care of me in such a professional and timely manner. Needless to say my car now looks fabulous. The manager, Scott H., of the Tempe location, deserves lots of praise as well as all of the other employees who assisted. I will definitely come back to Gerber for any other auto collision repairs. Everything about the experience was pleasant. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and I loved getting the updates via text. They did a fantastic job on my car-it looks as good as new. Service was extremely fast, too, and I had my perfect car back within a couple of days. There were no unexpected hiccups or charges, and having the rental car right there was so convenient. This was my first experience with a collision company and I was absolutely delighted with the whole process. Scott, Lauren and Brian were all very professional, courteous and friendly. Customer service is definitely part of their company motto. My car was repaired in one day so there was no need to make arrangements for a rental which was much appreciated because that would have been one more expense. I will not hesitate to use their services again and will recommend the Tempe Gerber office to all my friends.
