Charlie A. and the rest of the employes at Gerber Collision were by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle through the GEICO adjuster. Charlie went over the repairs done to my vehicle . He made sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs. I left feeling satisfied and assured if I had any problems or concerns in the future regarding the repairs Charlie or someone at Gerber would be available to assist me. I want to give a high recommendation to Charlie A. I came in after trying to book an appointment online. I was told by the receptionist that I would have to book an appointment which was frustrating considering I did this online and never received a call (The receptionist was doing her job and following the protocol, I believe set into place). Regardless, Charlie must of overheard the conversation and frustration and took upon himself to set aside what he was doing and do an estimate on my vehicle. This guy is a true asset to your organization and I appreciate him stepping up and providing superior customer service. He actually gave me 2 estimates and took the time to explain.
