I'd like to compliment two of your employees, Kevin, the GEICO Representative and Eric, the Production Manager for the excellent service they provided me and my son last week about repairing our Ford Ranger truck. Kevin is very professional and gave us all the information we need about the repair procedure when we dropped off the truck, Wednesday. In addition, he also made a follow up phone call on the same day to inform us that the item needed to repair the truck is in-stock and no need to order and the repair should be done as soon as possible, and hopefully if all goes well, the truck will be ready by Friday. I was very happy with the service and Agent Jim Caniga updated me on a daily bases about the progress of my car. The only thing I was not expecting was that it took them longer to fix my car than originally expected but overall I was very happy with the service.

I recently had a fender bender and was lucky enough to be referred me to Gerber Collision by my insurance company. I had my car towed there and from the second it arrived they were in constant contact with me letting me know what needed to be done, how long it was going to take, how it was coming along and making aware of possible delays. However, they were so on top of it when a part didn't show up they ordered another one instead of waiting around for the original order. My car looks great and it was such a relief not to have to be stressed about the repair process. Thanks!

This was my first experience having to deal with a collision company and I'll shout it from the roof tops, it was a GREAT one! Mike kept me informed every step of the way and for the damage that was done the repair was done quickly and accurately. The added bonus and sweet gesture of them repairing my door, which was not damaged in the car accident was AWESOME! I was involved in an accident with extensive damage to the right side of my Subaru. Gerber picked up my vehicle from the tow yard and theat day Jim Caniga contacted me to advise they had the car and were getting an estimate ready for the insurance company. Jim called me when the estimate was submitted and then when the work was approved. Every couple days Jim would contact me with the progress on the repairs. Our car was finished and returned today. I have never been treated so well as I was by Jim Caniga. He is a treu professional and a complete gentleman. You should be proud of him. Because of Jim, I would recommend Gerber to anyone.
