I had my front windshield replace yesterday by Glass Americaand this morning the rear view mirror was lose. I went to the Gerber location on Priest Drive in Tempe and Bill the general manager assisted me. After I explained my issue he brought the car back to the technicians and he they did the necessary fix. Way to go Bill to not only stand behind the Gerber warranty but the Glass America warranty. A job well done.
