Customer service truly 'Outstanding'. I received daily information on my vehicle repairs and estimated completion. Therefore, I was kept informed throughout the process up to and after completion. Estimated completion of vehicle repairs was not met, because repairs were completed 1 day earlier. Cerber technicians and all other personnel are to be commended for their hard work and dedication to 'Excellence'. Gerber is definitely a repair facility worthy of my recommendation to my family, friends, acquantacies, and anyone looking for a 'Gold Star' automobile repair facility. Note: Most rating scales are 1-10. Gerber is a 10 and beyond!
