Great service with true smiles from all the wonderful staff. Very responsive and communicative staff members all around. Incredibly good work performed in a very quick turnaround. Even additional work not originally able to be estimated needing to be done did not significantly impact speed of repair. Easy to pick up and drop off insurance-provided rental car. Excellent communication regarding the status and progress of the repair. Great quality of work on the repair.

My husband was rear-ended in rush hour. We were working with the other parties insurance company and fortunately neither of us have never had to file an auto claim before. Gerber worked with the other parties insurance company and the rental car company and made the process seamless. They kept us up to date of any delays and returned our car to us not only repaired but cleaned and vacuumed too! I don't know how the process could have gone smoother. You took a typically stressful process and turned it into a positive one. Thank you!

Gerber Collision and Glass in Marble Falls TX gave me a reasonable estimate and had all repairs done on my rear ended vehicle within 8 days. Additionally Leanne and Alice kept me informed on progress five times in those 8 days. Workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend them.
