When one is dealing with a very unsettling situation it was truly great to deal with such understanding and helpful people. Jake was so helpful and showed alot of concern for me and the repair of my vehicle. From drop off to pick up they were very professional and actually fun to deal with. Kelly was so pleasant on the phone and showed the same concern. I will always be thankful for their high quality service.....and the car looks great!

Most amazing service ever! I had some odd schedule constraints but Will and the whole team were able to figure out a schedule that allowed for ordering my parts, replacing the old parts and painting the car. This was a stress-free experience and I was provided updates constantly so that I knew exactly what was happening and when! The best part is my car looks fantastic; all sign of damage is good. And to sweeten the pot, they return my car MUCH cleaner than I left it, washed, vacuumed and wiped down! I loved my stress-free service and I am very appreciative of the team and the work they did!

I mentioned to him that I wanted factory OEM parts and he made sure that I received them, even though the insurance company was not willing to pay for them.
