My car looks great, the service experience has been great, the customer service has been outstanding, Dustin M. is fantastic, when I say exceptional and outstanding is a understatement. Very caring and hands on. I have had nothing but greatness with him. Thank you for assigning me to a great guy. Kudos to you, Dustin I appreciate you! You went above and beyond, you made me and my granddaughter feel so special, she said grandma, I like him, I said me too!!!

Great communication between Robert S. and I. Quality of work excellent. Did take a few days longer than first estimated. Price was competitive. Also further helped by having someone (Pedro) follow me the short drive home as my wife is not able to drive. Thanks, hope I don't need you again but will make referrals.

Thank you so much for the great experience getting the hail damage repaired. Looks great! But way beyond that, the friendly & professional customer service has won me over. Shout out to Dustin who took great care of me from reception (on a Saturday), to status reports, to final walk through and delivery. Dustin made all the difference. The receptionist Priscilla was also amazing! I definitely recommend the repair work and extraordinary customer service I experienced at Gerber in The Colony, Texas!

Someone hit my Nissan 370z without leaving any communication of what had happened. I decided to get it repaired myself without filing an insurance claim. The first person I thought of was Robert S who had assisted me two years ago when I wanted a new body kit put on my car. At that time, the company was known as Earth Collision it is now Gerber Collision. I went to the collision center to talk to Robert and he was there to help me once again, this time there also was a service representative by the name of Scarlett B who help as well. I was given an estimate which I though was totally reasonable. I got my car back when they said it would be ready and I'm very pleased with the work and the service I received. I will for sure return for any other work I might need in the feature and would refer a friend that might also need their services. ... Thank you Robert & Scarlett great job! read more
