From start to finish Gerber was fantastic. When you first walk in Priscilla welcomes you a smile and very friendly. While I waited for my advisor she would take the time to make us feel welcome. Once she had set up my account I was lucky enough to meet Dustin. Dustin was great, very helpful answered all my question and took the time to explain how everything was going to happen. He kept me informed the entire time and managed my expectations. When it was time to pick up my car the first time (two separate cars) Dustin went over all the repairs (Hail) explained what they did and took the extra step to have my headlight (from a previous repair by earth) looked at. My car repair was done beautifully, but the part of my experience that amazed me most was the great customer service. Jeff and Chris went out of their way to ensure my interactions with the car repair was convenient and my car was completely safe to drive. Jeff's frequent and courteous communications were so helpful. Priscilla's demeanor both on the phone and in person invoked confidence to set a positive tone for the whole experience. We have been very impressed with every employee that we have dealt with when taking our vehicles to get repaired by Gerber Collision. It's always a pleasure talking with Scarlett B. at the front desk. She is fast and efficient with all of the work that we take her. She makes sure she gets us in and out within minutes of our arrival. Our adjuster Robert S. is also a great asset to Gerber Collision. He is always working with us on all our claims and we have been very satisfied with how fast he is able to get our vehicles back on the road for us and looking brand new.

Everyone was very attentive, kind and helpful. Jeff was knowledgeable and patiently answered all emails/questions. Priscilla was an excellent customer service representative and spent her time finding me an affordable rental car to use. They just could not have been nicer or more efficient and I am most pleased with my car repair. I will recommend to anyone.

I was REALLY impress with the excellent customer service at Gerber. Priscilla S. was very pleasant, courteous and polite. Jeff D. kept posted on the status on my Toyota Pruis . I have never experienced such great customer service at a Auto body repair shop in my life. Of course at my age I've only had two accident which required car repair yet, even from them Gerber Collision service blows them away. Thank you Gerber and thank you Priscilla and Jeff. ps. on small note which is just some positive imput the car inside smelled like a shop..lol maybe somehow work on that for other customers in the future..GREAT Work and my car looks awesome.

Brought my car in on a Monday afternoon for small repairs, mostly paint, and got it back Saturday. The quick turnaround was highly appreciated. Robert S. was my estimator and he was so amazing and helpful. He really took care of me and kept me updated throughout the process. Scarlett B. also helped me on the admin side and took care of my paper work. She was also really great, friendly and attentive. Both Robert and Sierra exceeded my expectations and if I ever need work on my car again, I will definitely go back and request I work with them directly.
