I got my 2006 Toyota Camry repaired at the GERBER - THE COLONY last week. Just wanted to let you know I had a wonderful experience. Priscilla S. at the front desk and Dustin M., Estimator were very courteous, helpful and professional. They were on time and kept me informed of the progress. Overall, I will highly recommend the shop.

From the time I walked in the door for my estimate I was impressed. Scarlett at the front was a delight and Robert my estimator was on time, a pleasure to work with and even gave me my estimate while I was there. They were able to order the parts and schedule the work within days of my estimate and they finished in less time than expected. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing body work. Hope I don't need to use their services again but if I do, I will be a repeat customer. Thanks!

From the smiles, great attitudes, and friendly conversation..they made this usually unpleasant experience GREAT! The customer service I think is probably the BEST that I have ever rec'd in this capacity! From the beginning, the process to completion by far over exceeded my expectations! I appreciate the daily texts with updates up to the day I picked up my car. I was in totally shock & impressed with the quality of work, as well as, I never expected my car to be detailed from the inside to the engine!!! I have referred you to more that 5 of my friends... I am also in the service industry and know exactly HOW FAR a WORD of MOUTH will travel. Thank you again for OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!!! So hard to find these days and I appreciate everyone on the team that participated!

Robert was very friendly and open about the process and kept me updated on the repair to my vehicle. The entire process was easy, painless, and when new damage was discovered, he already had it under control and had a solution in order. The repair itself is excellent, and the complimentary cleaning to both the interior and exterior of the car was deeply appreciated. If I am ever in need of service again, Robert and his team are easily my first pick.

We had our service done at the Donelson/Nashville TN location but it did not show up on any choices for service location. Gerber gave consistent updates and they are fast with the service and repairs, accurate with hotels, clean, friendly, professional.

I experienced outstanding customer service when I brought my truck in for hail damage repair.Everyone I talked to was pleasant and professional.I saw the Gerber professionals patiently and clearly explain procedures to customers who were dealing with property damage and insurance processes. This outstanding business culture began when the customer stepped through the door. I commend SCARLETT B. Even though she was extremely busy, she acknowledged everyone as they entered. This set the tone for the visit and put the customer at ease. She helped everyone relax by assuring them the wait was a short time. She managed the waiting area with outstanding customer service skills.

Priscilla and Dustin were friendly, efficient and super helpful! I love the texting feature that keeps you updated on the progress of the repair. The car was fixed earlier than promised and was spotless.....great service!

This was my first time on just a random Google search. Every interaction was top notch, Robert was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. I didn't realize that the shop closed at noon, there was another gentlemen from the shop itself that was awesome too though I forget his name (Felix?). In any event, bother were quick to get me in for service! I would recommend this location for their exceptional first impression. I intend to do much more business with them as well!
