I was a little concerned when I found that Earth Collision had become a part of Gerber Collision & Glass. It's not that I heard bad things about Gerber. It's just that sometimes companies can change when their name changes. The team at Gerber put all of my concerns to rest. From start to finish, I felt like I was their most important client. The point of contact, Dylan, was kind and very informative. Throughout the whole process, I received text message updates. Best of all, they finished earlier than quoted. Wow! I don't know of any other repair shop that does that. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass. If it means paying out of pocket for a repair, I plan on using them for my auto's future paint and body repair. (Hopefully, a rare occurrence.)

Everyone I dealt with was great at the Carrollton location. From Priscilla at the front desk to Will and the rest of the service team, everyone one was very helpful.

Very friendly and professional staff. Kept me informed of all repairs being done and the status of my truck. I really liked the ease of dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Not having to deal with rental car agency at the end of service was great. My truck came back extremely clean inside and out. All repairs look great.
