Robert S. was my estimator and offered great customer service! He was aware of my student budget and was honest and upfront with what my car needed. Last year, he also helped me get my car repaired after an uninsured motorist rear-ended me...I came back this year for my car maintenance/repair because I trusted his recommendations and value his excellent customer service to help me with what I needed to be safe on the road with my car.

A better job: Impossible! Got back my car 2 hours earlier than expected, ... and at a cost slightly lower than in the initial estimate : ) Very good contact and professional attitude from everybody, including John V., General Manager and Robert S., Estimator.Last positive point: I liked a lot to be informed of the status of the repair by Text message! A very good job. I hope I will never come back but if needed I know where I will go!

I could not have had a better representative than Robert S. He was there when I needed to test my understand. Their coffee is also yummy. I would definitely refer my friends here if they need any kind of auto repair.

I Fantastic experience with Mr. Will D. in Gerber collision & Glass center. He is very trusty and nice guy. Take your car here! These guys/gals are the best. They are genuinely good people who you can trust and who do not cut corners. They have great follow-up, they keep you well informed of what's going on as it happens, and they provide a quality job. They will talk your insurance and provide best quality parts. What a awesome job on the quality of the repair and how fast the repair was completed within a week. My car was ready and they informed me every step of the way very professional. I could not believe it was ready so fast with excellent bodywork. The car looks brand new again. I would recommend Will D. in Gerber collision & Glass center to anyone, who wants honesty and excellent service very satisfied customer. I will not ... forget to recommend to Priscilla S in customer Service representative. She is the best in her job. read more

Great staff Robert was outstanding in what I needed help on !! Also helped me with earth to locate a replacement car !! My car I sent for repair was Estimated as totaled!! The young lady at the front desk was the reason I Chosed and stayed with Gerber, by her I was standing reading and help so I feel confident that this was the best place for me!! Thank you very much and if I ever have any collision I will be dealing with Gerber for repairs!!!
