Gerber was great! They are very friendly, efficient (my vehicle was fixed great in six days) and they call you every Tues/Thurs with updates -That is unique IMO -and are great and helpful with rental car communication and transactions. Leslie the Office Manager is wonderful, calm and efficient. I hope not to need collision repair again but will definitely choose Gerber if I do,

Gerber Collision is my go to place for all repairs. Jesika and Kori are the best. I also want to say that there entire staff in the back doing repairs needs a shout out as well. You all are amazing. THANK YOU so much for everything and treating both my vehicles with care. I will ALWAYS recommend this location to all my friends and family. You'LL are AMAZING. In my 30 years living in the Austin area I have used four collision repair places and when I couldn't go to my favorite, they don't exist now, I chose you'll and it was the best decision I could have made. Your outstanding customer service has made me a huge fan. Keep up the great work. The only one thing I wish could change is the offering of Saturdays for picking up your vehicle or a secure drop box to leave vehicle keys in for after hours pickup/drop off options.

The service I received from Chad and team was excellent. They made the process extremely easy and worked well with my insurance company. The repairs were made very quickly and with great quality. Hopefully, I don't have to use a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do, I'm going back to Gerber at 34th and Loop 289.

Ivy & Janie were the best! Whenever I called I'd get Ivy & she was always friendly & informative. I mainly dealt with Janie when I made in-person visits. She too was friendly and informative, especially when it came to my rental. Brennan kept me in the know with updates on my car & explained everything thoroughly. I strongly recommend gerber for any repairs. I was completely satisfied with the facility, the employees & their work. Nice job guys!
