I unfortunately rear-ended a car on the Braker overpass in the rain and damaged the front end of my car. I was referred to Gerber Collision & Glass and another company. The other company had a poor to fair rating, but Gerber had 5 stars, but not many. Well I took a chance with them and I'm so glad I did. They were spectacular from the moment the insurance company contacted them. They set my drop-off appointment and when I arrived, they had me in and out within 5 minutes, including having the rental car company there to pick me up to get the rental. They stayed in contact with me through-out the repairs and it took less than 2 weeks to get my car back. Highly recommended- from the minute I arrived everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, including helping with the rental car, which was above and beyond. They kept me up to date via text, were able to deliver sooner than the estimated completion, and most importantly did a beautiful job. Lifetime guarantee- who does that anymore? Well, Gerber does, and this particular location is the best. I'd definitely recommend to friends and family.

Michael S. was my estimator. He gave me notices and kept me up to date with the whole process and made everything super easy for me. He gave me better customer service than anywhere else i've been in any store or department. The shop didn't hold my car for weeks, when they realized it would take time for the parts to come back, Michael called me and let me i could pick up my car and drive it until they came in. Once i took it back in, i got my car back and they delivered it to me within 2 days. Both Michael and Isac B. were friendly and very easy to talk to. You can tell that they care about their customers and the satisfaction of their customers. They never seemed in a rush to do other business but they valued me as a customer. I would recommend this shop and specifically those two men to anybody!

Professional all the way. Someone else's insurance was paying for this small amount of quarter panel damage. Gerber has everything set up to make things easy. For example a partner with a nearby rental car company and make all of that pick up and dropoff happen right there at Gerber, no waiting around or picking someone up. Communication was good, just what was necessary. Reception as well as service manager just did real good jobs. Quarter panel looks good as new.
