Excellent communication throughout the process with regular updates via SMS/Text Messaging. Promptly answered any questions I had along the way. They even got rid of the factory rattles and the new doors sound more like a luxury car when closing. Metallic paint blends well. Outstanding work. I will be referring other Tesla owners in North Texas to this facility for any structural collision repairs they might need.

My experience with Gerber was more than I could of hoped for! I can not remember girl at front desk name but she was so helpful> Nice smile made me feel comfortable. Micheal was great at his job and explained things to me twice weekly. good guy! It took awhile but not Gerber fault parts took weeks to get there. I hope noone gets in wreck but if it happens Gerber is place to take it> Judy Florence

I dropped my Honda off with Gerber Collision when I got into a car accident. The staff was quick, kind and ready to answer any question or concern I had about my car.
