Leather failed on my steering wheel. New replacement VERY expensive so I bought a used one to install on my truck. Needless to say I was turned away by a body shop where I was previously a repeat customer and was directed to a garage where I was not treated like a customer with my initial contact over the phone. So I called Gerber on the recommendation of a friend. WOW! Jennifer and Megan treated me like I was a customer they valued. My steering wheel was replaced in a timely manner, for the price quoted and they even WASHED MY TRUCK!! This was not a big job but I still received fast courteous service. I will highly recommend them to my friends and if I ever require any future repairs I will be making an appointment with this shop for sure.

From the first contact with Megan setting up a time for an appointment for an estimate to the final delivery of my repaired vehicle, everything was top notch. The bottom line is that the work completed was excellent. The vehicle is 15 years old. The color of the repair matched great even though the original vehicle color has oxidation and the stripping matched perfectly. We were continually updfated on progress of the repairs and informed of a potential mechanical safety concern with the vehicle. Staff is respectful and courteous..

Absolutely outstanding service. I had a relatively minor fender-bender but every aspect of the repair was handled in the most professional manner possible. In particular, Megan and Nicole were a pleasure to work with. They greeted me, assessed the damage and followed-through with a high quality repair. The actual work on the car was superb.
