After I was re-ended, I returned to Gerber (formally Big Sky) due to the most excellent service rendured previously. The repair was done in a timely manner, by friendly professional personel. Tara was particuraly helpful settting up the rental car. The workmanship is excellent. Other than the new paint has no scratches! it is an excellent match. The rear end door opens smoothly. Gerber made what can be a frustrating, annoying process go smoothly and easily. I would definetly recommend Gerber.

I must tell you that your staff at the Gerber facility in Tucson, AZ were absolutely fantastic. After having an accident with my two month old car I was devastated. Your staff was calm, concerned and showed empathy for my situation. Tara was always courteous, kind, and helpful to me when dealing with car rentals, rental returns and just general questions about the procedures. Vivian and Walter did a fantastic job with the estimate of my damages and the repair was completed in one day! My delivery of my damaged car to your facility and pick up was always at my convenience. I really appreciated that service because I work outside of Tucson with a 25 mile commute. I was devestated after living in Tucson for 7 months and had my car broken into for the 2 time. The 1st time I was referred to Gerber and this time knew where to go for repairs. Gerber went above and beyond to help and make us feel comfortable. They had the rental car agency here and waiting for us. From begining to end Gerber treated us like family. They even called every few days with car repair updates. I would recommend them to anyone who needed car repair.
