USAA suggested Gerber Collision & Glass to me to have my Ford, Edge repaired. I was totally and completely satisfied with not only the work done on the car, but the employees were fantastic. The front desk personal Mayra was professional, kind and helped me feel comfortable with the company. She arranged for my rental car and made it a smooth process. Moreover, the general manager, Ian was a great representation of what a company would like there general manager to be. I left happy, comfortable, and satisfied of the service that was not only on my Ford, Edge but how I was greeted as well as all of the employees I came in contact with. Thank you for making the collision with my SUV an easy transition.

It was a bit tough at the beginning since my clain was lost & did not hear back for weeks until I inquire again. However, once they realized what occurred, manger Ian was very apologetic and told me the truth of what happened. The truth about my claim regain my confidence. Once I brought my car in, the whole staff was helpful and they kept me notified on the progress. The service was fast, one day and the car looks like new again.
