Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. At a time when we were feeling unstable and had a lot of concerns, she was a reassuring voice. Jennifer made sure that we did not have to worry about our car. She followed through at every level and got the job done on time -- saved us money and time and kept our vacation on track. She is what customer service should be!!!

Gerber Collision & Glass service was top notch. I really appreciate what they did while I was on vaction. They helped me during my vaction and picked up the tab on the rental vehicle. This really helped out my wife while I was gone. I would recommend this company to anyone who requires repairs for collision damage. I will most definetly use them in the future.

Very happy and delighted from the day I walked in. I didn't have any concerns and the process was smooth from start to finish. I was informed on any updates with my vehicle through text messages and informed through phone call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up inless than 24 hours. I would reccomend this company to all of my co-workers and friends. My vehicle looks like new and I din't have to wait and extreme amout of time. Thank you for taking care of my investment.

Jennifer and Gerber Collision were absolutely fantastic! This has been my second trip this month due to my first car being totalled and someone hitting me 8 days after getting a brand new vehicle!
