This shop was amazing, from the front desk to the General Manager. I've never been treated with so much respect and dignity as this Gerber location. Jason really helped us through a bad experience with another company and he made my car look new again. Exceptional customer service and they truly deserve an incentive. Very clean and professional environment. Bumper work was very nice, looked like new. Work was completed on time and they kept me up to date on progress. Helped me with a rental car so everything went very smooth. I would recommend to a friend or return if I get rear-ended again.

This is the third time I've had the "opportunity" to visit Gerber at Palo Verde due to my wife's driving skills. They've gone great work each time and completed the job ahead of the expected timeline. Communication throughout the repairs were timely and appropriate. Really appreciated the daily text updates. Hopefully I won't be back but if I do, I'll come back to Gerber on Palo Verde.
