The customer service at Gerber was great during the entire time they were working with my car. The manager Ian was in direct contact with me during multiple issues that I had with my vehicle. I had to bring the car back a second time to have a few more things fixed and Gerber was very professional and involved in getting my car fixed as quickly as possible. The techs that I talked with were very corteus when working with me and described in detail the work that they did on my car. Overall, I have had a great experience working with the Gerber Collision Staff here in Tucson.

Gerber Collision & Glass has spactacular customer service! The employees are kind, informative, and listen to the customer's needs and wants. I would recommend this company to anyone who likes quick and effective service. Gerber doesn't even compare to the other car services in Tucson!
