Ian was very thorough when he gave me my estimate and explained - in detail - the repairs to be done. I appreciated getting twice-a-week calls with status updates on my vehicle - something I've never gotten from a body shop. Customer pay reapir: I had my right rear quarter panel repainted by Gerber and it looks like new. The price was reasonable and the service was phenominal! Ain is a knowledgeable and curtious as well as a very proffessional part of the staff. Thank you for the fantastic experience!
