The service I received was excellent. My estimator, Jacq Brown, was efficient not only with the initial review of damage but in contacting me during the process. The car was finished in advance of the projected date. The work was extremely well done. In fact, the car looked better after the work that was done than before I brought it in. All in all, it was a positive experience for a less than positive event. I would use Gerber in the future.

They were well organized in the repair of my vehicle. it was nice ot come in and be greeted courtiously and friendly. Very Pleased with the repairs on my 2005 Toyota Rav4. This is the 2nd time i come to gerber and i love the service. The vehicle was completed on time, although there were additional repairs needed. The Estimator, Jacques called me and updated me on the status of my vehicle and ensured I was kept informed. The vehicle was clean, complete, and there are no visible defects to the vehicle.
