Dear Gerber, I want to thank Mr. Ian Morton for the service he rendered in my collision repair. He took the time to go over my truck piece by piece and tell what the shop would do, He called twice to give me an up date on the repair. When I arrive at the Collision center he went over the truck with me and highlighted the repair. This is my second dealing with Ian I think Gerber is luck to have enployee of his caliber. A few years ago I had a dealing with Chapman and it was a nightmare. Dealing with Ian is one of the best experiences I had had in a long time that is speaking of both times I have dealt with him. Customer service with Ian, Jacques, and Mayra was top notch! They were prompt on keeping me informed on the whole process of my repair. The vehicle inspection dated my vehile to be 1 week and the repair and delivery date was earlier than estimated. I really appreciate your service and would highly recommend them to other people.

Gerber did an excellent job repairing my Dodge Ram. they were extremely helpful and constantly kept me informed about the status of my vehicle's repair during the one week it was in their hands. Alfie, the gentleman who handles USAA claims, was very professional and friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using Gerber Collision and Glass in the future with any of my repair or auto glass replacement needs and recommend them to my friends and family
