Had a great experience with the staff of Gerber's on Palo Verde inTucson. Alfie Perez went beyond expectations to make sure we were completely satisfied. The location was very convenient and we were picked up be a rental company to use a car while ours was being worked on. My husband and I would surely recommend Gerber's to friends and family!

wow, great transaction all the way around. paint looks like it did from the day we bought it. Fast turn around, facility is nicer than some hotels I've stayed in. If I ever have another accident, I know Gerber will be there to help. thanks!!

I would just like to thank Xavier for all his help. As well as the staff every time I have been there it has always been done in a timely manner. Xavier called me everyday to keep me informed daily of the progress.They were also willing to stay a little late for me to pick up my vehicle when it was finished. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best I give Gerber and the staff 10+. Thank you again for all your help and outstanding work performed on my vehicle. Looks brand new again.

Being in an accident is never a fun experience, but Gerber treated me extremely well and I truly appreciate it. Accidents are an inconvenience no matter which driver is at fault but my truck was repaired in one day!!! Alfie Perez was great and provided excellent customer service. I will recommend Gerber and if I should be in an accident requiring repairs, I will come back to Gerber.

Had additional work done to an original Gerber Collision repair from a different location. This new location was very polite, helpful and listened to my concerns without judgement. I am 100% satisfied with the repairs made now. I also feel that if something came up in the future and needed repair work, that I would not hesitate to call Gerber again or recommend them to friends and family. I really wanted to make sure that the people at Gerber were recognized for their fantastic service. Since the first contact with Jennifer at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and informative, to the continued communication with Alfie while the vehicle was being fixed I was impressed with the level of service. That is recognition in itself but when I came to pick up my vehicle is when the real service began. Alfie walked with me while I inspected the car and then never left my side when a problem occured with the insurance company, GMAC. I met the tech, Loren, who worked directly on my vehicle. He was amazing and went out of his way on a Friday late afternoon to meet me but also went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the vehicle.
