I have always trusted Gerber with all of my vehicles. In March i took my vehicle to Gerber and Alfie P. is the gentleman who assisted me. I could not have asked for yet another great experience. Alfie made sure i was always kept informed of updates and conditions of my vehicle. After Gerber completed their part of the services my vehicle was sent to the dealership for further repairs and although my vehicle was in there longer than anticipated, Alfie reassured me that everything would be taken care of which it was. They are number 1 in customer service and quality! When I got my vehicle back it looked like it just came off the lot! You would never be able to tell there was any damage to it, and the color was a perfect match considering my vehicles color is not a basic black or white color. After my metaphysical precision collision Scott Ruis got my truck in for a estimate (which was in my email before I made it home) anyway he got me in to accommodate my scheduled to get her in for repairs was just as easy I set the date and time and in she went . As far as the repair I had the pleasure to be able to get to see the workings behind the scenes of the shop they brought me back to see my truck during the process. Now I really didn't hurt my girl that badly but they did make sure that I had the chance to see all the damaged components from her and the repaired ones before she was reassembled. As far as the reveal upon her return she had been washed/vacuumed and sitting out under the overhang just looking great. They walked me through the repair again its always good to have someone that is really proud of their work and likes to ... show it off. I found that the my dealings with easy and pleasant they said she would be done on a certain day around a certain time and they delivered. I have no problems dropping the Gerber name to friends in need of repairs. read more

Great friendly service, this is the second time I had needed a collision repair. I was so satisfied after my first repair I came back down from Scottsdale az because I was so happy after my first experience here. My car looks perfect like nothing ever happened to it before, Alfie provided professional friendly customer service and gave me updates through the collision repair process. The service was excellent and fast!!! I didn't need to worry about renting a rental since Gerber provided me on. Overall I'm very satisfied with Gerber!
