After my car was vandalized - passenger window shattered with interior and exterior damage - Alfie P. was my contact person at Gerber. He was professional, understanding and able to get my car repaired perfectly, even when additional damage was discovered after the initial repairs. I was very pleased with the service Gerber provided, and although I hope I never have to see Alfie again, I would recommend this Gerber location without reservation.

Alfie P. (GM) VIVIan (Front desk) and the other employees, (sorry, I don't remember all the names) were excellent!! Great customer service, personable, knowledgeable and delivered what they promised. I was shocked to see my headlights, beautiful again! I couldn't be more pleased. Farmers, Gerber Collision and Enterprise car rental all make a great package. and they have done their homework when it comes to Customer Service, they have the best of the best.Thank you all.

To whom it may concern, i just wanted to take the time and say THANK YOU to all who had a hand in the repair of my 2012 Toyota Tundra. The truck was in a terrible accident and in my opinion was beyond repair. After a month worth of repairs today was the first time I have seen the vehicle and I am SPEECHLESS! I can't believe the job that Gerber did with the truck, it looks like a brand new truck. I am also very appreciative with the professionalism of everyone involved, from Alfie on down. Everyone on the Gerber team is outstanding and words could never express my gratitude for getting my truck back to the way it was before the accident. Once again THANK YOU and you guys are the best at what you do!

Gerber collision did a fantastic with my vehicle and made it look better than before. They matched my paint, which was slightly faded, exactly to the same shade. The staff was all courteous and professional especially Alfie who was my lead contact. He kept me informed of how everything was developing on my car and made sure my car was fixed in the timeframe he had specified. Thanks Gerber Collison! I would recommend you anyone!

After a accident with my truck I was bummed that I needed to get it repaired. My insurance recommended Gerber and I found that the service and experience to be incredible. First, I had a pretty nasty squeaking noise in the cab of my truck. Alfie P. took the extra time and identified the problem and fixed it. In addition he keep me well informed of the timeline and what to expect with my repairs. My accident was on a Tuesday and within a week it was complete and I was back on the road. Original estimated time was 10 days. The work that was performed was excellent. My truck is 11 years old and it looks almost brand new. Great Service and excellent work. I highly recommend Gerber!!!!
