Alfie P. did a great job with our collision repair. He was fast and efficient and kept us updated on the progress of the work. The body shop technicians did a great job and got our car out of the shop before the estimated repair date. All in all, it was a smooth process and the work was first-rate.

This is the first time I've ever repaired my vehicle and I LOVED IT! Gerber Collision did a GREAT job with my vehicle. Geico Insurance referred me to them and I cant thank them enough. Viviana did a great job answering my questions and getting me the help I needed. Then Alfie took care of all my concerns and went above my expectations. I recently had a issue with my vehicle, collision damage, theft of the radio, etc. My insurance company recommended Gerber. With a little nervousness i agreed to send it there. The very first day after i dropped it off, i got a call from Wayne McCollum who informed me about the timeline and process for my repairs. The date of delivery he gave me was November 22. THIS HAS BY FAR BEEN THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH A SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD. Every single day Wayne called me just to inform me of the progress, which i was very nervous about. My truck was finished on the day he promised me and it was immaculate, they even took extra time to wash my vehicle and clean the inside as well.When i went to pick it up, the lobby was nice and clean, and Viviana Paco pleasantly greeted me like she was expecting me. She then smiled and called ... Wayne out who then showed me my vehicle and asked after each item if i was satisfied. Viviana had my packet ready to go when we walked back inside and in 3 minutes I was on my way. You guys really have a good operation going and every staff member i encountered showed pride in their work, and the cleanliness of the shop was impressive.
