I was very impressed with Gerber. Wayne and his staff at this location took very good care of me from a customer service and professional standpoint. Wayne was able to have my vehicle repaired in a short time, he was also able to have some other issues with the vehicle taken care of at what I would consider a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend this location for your vehicle repairs. They will call you at each and every turn during the repair process and keep you updated. Also, I must stress that their prices for the service that they provide are outstanding. Great location and people who know how to treat customers.

My experience with Mr. Perez was the only good thing in a bad situation. His constant communication, and patience with a very upset female was commendable. Gerber welcomed us in when we brought our RAV 4 in for repair. Their professionalism and accuracy in the estimate was appreciated. They were right on the money when it came to a completion date. I had previously used Gerber to repair damage to both our truck and van on occasions for collision or other damage. This time I had a non-insurance/collision repair to our van sliding door that was needed, and due to my past experience I thought of Gerber as oppossed to going through the dealership. I was again very please with the service and pricing I received. I have had nothing but good experiences with their work and customer service, as well as price. I plan to continue using them, even for non-collision type repairs, and would strongly recommend them to others.
