Sandra was the best! Someone did a hit and run while my minivan was parked, the deductible was 500, so I opted to pay for the broken mirror myself. Sandra took care of canceling my claim, researched the used parts that looked great to reduce costs! They set the appt and did the repair in record time and cleaned-up the vehicle for pickup. She is very professional helpful and attentive considering this was a very small job. I will refer all my clients and friends to this business in Valrico Florida!

The team working from this location is top notch ,Linda made sure to keep me updated with the status of my car while in there possession as well Jim the branch manager was quick to answer any questions I had. The work was completed on time and looks great. Another plus for this location is the enterprise car rental on site, Thank you Gerber collision.

I would like to thank Jon and the guys for doing such a great job on my car. When I came to pick up my car, I thought it was a brand new car from the Hyun show room. This has been the second time I used Gerber, and I was very satisfied both times. I would like to thank the girls also, for having to put up with my phone calls. I was very pleasd with the repair work done on my new2013 Honda Accord Touring and the awesome customer service provided by Gerber in Valrico. From the moment you walk into the door to the time you pick up your vehicle you are greeted as if you are the only customer there and it is all about you. Glenn kept me abreast about the status of the repair work being done on vehicle no matter how small detail it may be. I felt that he took care of my car as if was his personal vehicle. I will definitely recommend their service to my co-workers and friends. I also want to note that it was also very conveience to have the rental vehicle next door. Awesome job...my car looks better than new again!

Dear Gerber Collision, It is not often I am compelled to write a formal letter expressing my appreciation but I rarely pass up the opportunity to commend stellar service. After my car was broken into and radio stolen, I called my insurance company hoping to get some good news about the repair of my vehicle. The whole process started out very rocky with a number of items misstated from the insurance end. When I was given a list of options for repair shops, I remeber a friend had said their vehicle was repaired at Master Collision.
