Particularly appreciate Jonathan's friendly, professional approach & the regular text message updates he sent me as the repairs progressed. Keeping me updated helped plan around my busy work schedule. Much appreciated. I would definitely come back to Gerber & I'll recommend Gerber to my friends.

I was hit in the drivers side front on 07/21/15 in my Honda Civic 2012 (1st wreck)-I took my car into your shop per my Insurance company (USAA) advice. I have never been so pleased with the way your company runs. While I was filling out the paperwork a young man by the name of Jonathon M. was out at my car circling all the damaged areas that needed to be fixed. When I finished with the paperwork Mr. M. took me out to my damaged vehicle and explained everything that he circled and also explained the possible Hidden damage that might be there that they can't see until taking the car apart. Mr. Mathews called me almost everyday with an update and also explaining the hidden damages done to my car before your mechanics proceeded. This gentleman was extremely friendly and represented your company with the highest Protocol I haven't seen in ... ages. Mr. M. is defiantly an asset to your company with his smiles and honesty....You all should show him some appreciation for a job well done. You all had my car from 07/23/15 until 07/31/15. Upon calling me Mr. M. told me my car was ready. I was so surprised and ready to get out of the rental car I was driving. Nothing like having your Baby back (Honda). I was working past the airport in downtown Tampa when the call came in. I left early from work but ran into a tremendous traffic jams on the interstates trying to get to Valrico. I called Mr. M. and asked what time you all closed that I was stuck in traffic. His reply was 5:30 p.m. Well I did not make it to Valrico until 5:50 and winged into the parking lot thinking I was out of luck on getting my car back. Low and Behold your shop stayed open for me to get my car back. I have never been so happy in my life to get my baby back and the repairs done right down to the paint job was beautiful. My Honda Looked like brand new, and upon driving it out of your parking lot-My memory was put back to me driving it off the dealership lot when it only had 11 miles on the odometer. I called my Insurance company and explained that they couldn't of sent me to a more awesome place than yours. Turned the Rental car in and joked with the managers and Mr. Mathews....I was so happy. Everyone that I came into contact with in your company in Valrico from the Receptionist right up to the Managers were AWESOME FOLKS...Everyone was friendly, honest, smiling and above all PROFESSIONAL. You all have a great crew aboard. I will highly recommend you all to others in my path and will come back to you all if need be. Just a brief note to let you know the outstanding service I received from your Valrico location over the past few weeks. I had the car brought to Valrice because of the proximity to my home. After getting a rental at the same location, they took the time to go over the damage that could be seen, advised me of the possibility of unseen damage, and assured me that they would stay in touch with me on a regular basis during the repair. Not only did they do as they had promised, but my car was completed earlier than expected and looks great. A big thank you to Fred, Tim, Jonathon and the rest of the team for a job well done !

Never had been to Gerber Collision before, but I have to say this was the most positive car repair experience I have ever had. The service was quick, convenient, credible, and overall impressive. The staff was very knowledgable and more than helpful. Everyone from the mechanics to the receptionist was super friendly and highly exceeded my expectations. I worked with Britt Hatch, estimator, and he was a complete delight. He called me regularly to keep me posted on my cars progress and worked with my schedule to make the repairs as convenient as possible. My car looks great and I would definitely recommend this service center again to anyone. Next time I need car repairs, I am going back to Gerber.

Jonathan M. was my estimator on our recent repair. I can honestly say that the service he provided was outstanding. I have never had an individual at a body shop that was so service oriented. He literally called me daily giving me updates on the repair and estimated completion date. The job was excellent from top to bottom, and the work was completed prior to the original estimated completion date. Again, Jonathan M. was outstanding- I will use your company again and will refer others.
