What project really stood out was how safety conscious they were about the vehicles safety features. That is especially important to me because my wife and son ride in that vehicle everyday. I would use Gerber collision in the future.

I had an awesome experience with Customer service with Britt H in the Valrico Office. He was efficient in providing me and my insurance with all the details needed with the repairs on my car since my car was involved in 2 accidents in a 3 week period. He kept me informed at all times and my car was in and out of the shop in NO time. They were awesome to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. The office had a down home feel and everyone was so professional and approachable. If you have an issue and need your car fixed ask for Britt H he will take care of you and you will feel like you have know him all your life he is that FRIENDLY and caring!

They repaired the right rear bumper where somebody ran into the car and dented the bumper in. I was told it might up take up to three days to do the repair but, they had it done in less than twenty-four hours. You can't even tell where the damage was. Thanks for a Great Job!
