Woodinville Gerber is the place to go if you're car has been damaged. This is the second time that I have had an excellent experience. Both times the entire process from appointment set-up, to timely status of car, and end result of a beautiful looking car that I hardly recognize. I was busy and couldn't pick up the car right at closing but was contacted later in day to arrange for rental car drop off and car pick up. The personable attention is wonderful and the car always looks amazing. Since bringing car back yesterday evening I've already had two comments from neighbors - one asked if I got a new car! I was highly impressed. The work was top quality, when I went too pick up the car and leave I thought is this really my car, it was to spotless inside and out. There was also a paint touch up job done for no extra cost. I was told the car would be done and I could pick it up at 5pm on Monday, the car ended up being ready to pick up on Friday. It was a great help to get the car early.

I used Gerber several years ago and has a positive image of the company. I hope I do not need body repair again but if I do, I would not hesitate to go back. Hidden damage caused original repair time estimate to increase from [2] days, to [4], however, I was promptly informed, and had already been warned prior, of possible hidden damage.
