I would like to thank Tamera B. for her customer service and willingness to satisfy me as a customer. The initial shock of the damage to my car was very overwhelming but Tamara was there every step of the way. She answered every question and always returned my calls if she was busy assisting other customers. This is my first time going through an Insurance claim and hope its my only but if not I hope Tamara or Gerber is there to come to my aid again. I know at times it was frustrating but she always was nice and smiling, She's the best! Thank you Tamera and Gerber collusion.

The strip that surrounds the rear side window on our Lexus 330 came off. Yesterday I stopped at Gerber in Burlington, WA and talked with Darrell T. asking if he could fix it. He was very polite as we looked at my car and told me if I would like to have a seat in their waiting room he would fix it for me right then. I was surprised about 5 minutes later when he came back in and told me it was done. All this and no charge! So I want you to know how much I appreciated such good service. You have a great guy there! Thank you!

My car was damaged by a tanker-carrier liability for which was accepted by the carrier, rather than having to go through my own insurance carrier. Cedar J. in the Burlington store inspected the car, took pictures and gave me what I felt was a very good quote - she contacted the carrier and arranged for that firm to pay her, directly, using their company credit card - she was professional and knowledgeable and did everything she could to assure my complete satisfaction. I was most pleased and will contact her, again, when the time comes for me to have the car detailed or in the event I ever need any other of your services
