Mercedes parts seem very difficult to locate at times. This team kept after them almost daily. When I got the car back today it had been washed and even the inside had been cleaned. The team was very friendly and kept me informed almost daily about the progress.

Gerber was recommended by the insurance company after my car was rear ended. I called them and they quickly set up an appt for repair, as well as reservations for a rental car for me to use while my car was in the shop. I was kept informed every dae by email on the progress of the repairs. .I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision to anyone seeking repairs on their vehicle.
