I was very impressed with the professionalism by Alex and John. This being the first collision I have had to deal with I made a lot of mistakes due to my own shortfall of just not being informed on what I should do when a collision occurs. Alex gave me a lot of great advice, and she was very helpful through the process. Although the other driver never called back his insurance to make a statement, I would have never known to call their insurance to make a claim since they were the ones who hit me. I was ignorant to this and I thought everything had to go through my insurance. I am very happy with the services they have provided from this location.

I was in an accident in my 2015 Hyundai Azera that totally destroyed the front end (hood, grill, bumper and some slight engine damage). The Team at Gerber, did a beautiful job getting my car back to showroom like condition. If (hopefully not) I need any body or glass repair/replacement in the future, I'll definitely call upon the team at Gerber.

I can'teven express how wonderful Gerber was with our car. They were so timely, efficient, communicated amazingly well and made having to go through this ordeal a breeze. Our car looked gorgeous when it was fixedand loved they took care of all insurance needs. Jennifer is truly a remarkable employee who guided us through the whole process with fabulous customer service.
