In the event you are in an accident, I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass. Jeff made an otherwise stressful experience into a positive one. He took care of all the details while keeping us informed at all times. Our car was done earlier than expected so we didn't use a rental any longer than necessary.

The service and professional attitude from beginning to end was amazing. My Estimator Julie P. from the moment I walked in there door had me laughing and smiling when I should have been grouchy and pissed that my sexy grandpa car was all cracked and broken , She kept me up to date every couple of days letting me know exactly what stage my car was in and when she would be completed and finishing a day early, they also took care of returning my rental car and waiting for me past closing. Thank you Julie and all your crew for amazing customer care and service.

The staff is extremely professional and helpful. My car had been vandalized and Fred Luckey took the time to clean off some of the spray paint, and then referred me to a detail shop to finish it up. I will definitely return to Gerber for any future collision or glass needs.
