It took a long time to get my car back, but that was due to the wait for parts and not the shop it self. My family has had a couple of cars fixed here and the people we have spoken to have been nice and informative about what had been done to fix the car. The only bad thing was the confusion that occurred when calling to tell us that the pick up date had been pushed back and why.

These guys were awesome. They got me right in after a hit & run and took care of everything very professionally. Prior to this, had taken the car in to have business window decals removed from windows/paint and they did it for free! I couldn't believe they didn't charge me. That's why I chose them for my body repair later on. I'll go to them again, without doubt.

Excellent customer service! My estimator kindly walked me through the damage and discussed the repairs that were needed. My budget has been pretty tight, and when I brought that up, we worked through options that fit best for me! My car came out looking fantastic. Affordable and great service! If I need repairs in the future, I'm definitely coming back!

I tried out Gerber Collision and Glass for the first time last week and was skeptical because of past horror stories with different repair shops in Spokane. Jeff T. and his crew took wonderful care of me and my car. Not only did they repair my vehicle in less time than they originally quoted, but they did so under budget, saving me money.
