I had a great experience at the Burlington WA location. Chris was very attentive and explained the whole process in detail. He called several times to let me know the progress of the repair and put my mind at ease. When you haven't had your car worked on before because of an accident this means a lot! Great customer service and the best part he said it would be about two weeks and they had it done five days early!! Great experience, great people and one happy customer, keep up the good work guys you have a return customer for life!

Recently my car was damaged in a parking lot - and no note as to hit my car - therefore it was a hit and run situation. I telephoned my Safeco Insurance Company - who referred me to Gerber Collision & Glass. I spoke with Randy B., and he immediately gave me a estimate. Safeco authorized the needed work to repair the car. Randy B. again immediately scheduled repair to begin: 04-19-16. On that day I left my car to repair my front headlight and bumper. Randy B.also found a rental company - Safeco would accept in our insurance policy coverage. WOW Randy B. was awesome. At noon today the repairs were complete - the workmanship was impeccable. They also gave the car a bath which made the car look brand new and shinny. We are so pleased with Randy B. and coworkers who went the extra mile to make this car repair perfect and acceptable to us. ... Our experience was easy and worthwhile. Jeff was an absolute joy to work with. Him and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND with treating me with care, love and respect. After my mildly traumatic accident, they took in my car, worked diligently with Safeco, and drove me to Enterprise Rent-a-Car to get a rental. Jeff worked with the Rental company to defer payments on my rental until my insurance kicked in. In addition to that, he kept me updated nearly every other day about where they were in the process. All in all, Patty (the secretary) and Jeff did amazing work and took very good care of me. I'm definitely going to refer people and go back to get other work done on my car! Thanks Gerber, Jeff and Patty!!!!!

Wow- IN one day, Out the next. Not a very big hit & run dent below the licence plate bracket (1 1/2" x 1") but deep enough to partially jam the spare tire. You were recommended by USAA who has served us since 1955 so we knew we would be in good hands. We did not know just how good! The damage was just below the plate and now it looks back to brand new. Actually it is back to brand new PLUS because your caring fix the car folks went beyond the call of duty to send us home full of pride for a job well done. Thanks so much for the clean up and detail job inside and out - Touch of Class! When USAA sends a survey you can count on us to return a 5 star report.
