I would like to say that they did a awesome and speedy repair job on my truck. they were very pleasant and easy to work with. I was involved in three accidents within 7 months. Every time, they not only did an excellent job on my car, but they helped me to deal with the problem. Also, they have much patience with my bad English as my primary language is Chinese. Everyone I met was very nice to me and they provide outstanding service to their customers. I very much appreciated them and the quality of their work.

He communicates progress regularly, offers and schedules a rental car if needed, and ensures we are satisfied with the final product. The quality of the work has been quite good and one time that follow up was needed Jeff was right on it and ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction.

Randy B. was excellent at customer care and explaining everything to me when i took the 2013 Avalanche in for a new bumper and when i picked up the truck. He left nothing out that i am aware of and was very specific with the repair men that i am very fussy. Job well done and i will recommend Gerber to all i encounter in need of body work. Randy is also very thoughtful to clients personally as well. Very cordial.
