I was very happy with the service I got, the guys were great, knowlegeable, friendly, and very helpful.. they kept me posted all the way! When my car was finished I was able to leave my rental there and they took care of returning it to Enterprise for me, yay! It was so easy! Thank you for a great job, my car looks brand new!

Service was beyond my expectations. Me and my family are very happy and satisfied with all the workers. The wait was shorter than expected and when our vehicle was finished we were astonished at the amount of effort that they have put into making sure that we were happy. Definitely will be returning when we need repairs in the future.

I had my car in for a front bumper repair. My car was backed up into while parked. The staff went above and beyond to help me understand how to get my car repaired by the other party's insurance. They also helped me to understand what damage was done, what needed to be replaced, and what problems to expect. (from other possible damage not visible until the bumper came off). I was also kept in the loop about how long parts were going to take to come in, and when to expect my car.

The Bellevue Gerber shop did a warranty repair (for the Lynnwood location) on my automobile today. The trunk latch was not functioning properly, so I stopped at Bellevue because it was convenient. Rick F. (Manager), Ben and Julie were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Rick personally re-installed the necessary part so my car was in pristine condition. I'm ecstatic, the trunk and rear tail lights on my car are so well aligned it's as if my 2008 automobile is like-new! I'm a thoroughly pleased customer who will return in the future and refer family and friends alike. Thank you for a job well-done.
