You have every reason to be very proud of your Bellevue, WA office. Julie, Rick and Jose are as nice people as you will meet in the industry. Of course, being nice is not sufficient. Efficiency and effectiveness, not to mention expertise in collision repairs, is required. The Bellevue facility possesses all of these virtues and talents. I am exceptionally pleased to have had my car repaired at Gerber in Bellevue.

The guys at Gerber got my car in on the same day it was rear-ended. The estimate and repairs & part order were done the same day. They were great to work with. Coordinated w/ insurance well & rental car company well. They ordered a rental car for me almost immediately so I wouldn't have to wait around all day & now my car is running great. They guarantee their work, so if I do have an issue in the future, I will definitely be calling Gerber again.
